Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in Alabang is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Support professional with at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping. You will handle quotes, inquiries, and inbox tasks with strong attention to detail and polished English. Onsite position offering HMO from day one and travel perks to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales support in freight/logistics.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Able to start ASAP and work onsite in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Quote agent import DAP shipments.
• Action any OBC/AOG quotes/follow ups.
• Export air quotes.
• Export sea quotes.
• General inbox management.
• Import air related tasks such as lodging under bonds and out-turns in Cargowise.
• Call warehouse and troubleshoot weekend air freight collections.
• Arrange weekend collection IDs.
• Job Registrations.
• Import related tasks.
• Import transshipment tracking etc.

Requirements

• At least 1-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping industry is a requirement
• Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent English skills in both written and oral
• Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
• Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• With positive attitude towards difficult situation
• Can start ASAP and amenable to any work schedule
• Ok to work onsite in Alabang
