Job summary

Accenture in Mandaluyong is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customer care needs, ensuring quality interactions and timely resolutions within defined SLAs.

The ideal candidate is an open HS/SHS graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience and strong communication skills. Willing to work full-time onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong, with shifting schedules and holiday work expected.

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
