Cognizant is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to provide exceptional support for a global account. The role requires handling voice inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate.
• 0-17 months and above BPO voice experience in any account.
• Experience in the foodservice or foodservice distribution industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Pangasinan.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support through voice interactions.
