Qualifications

• 6+ months of BPO experience handling US healthcare campaigns.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to multitask between calls and responding to emails.

Responsibilities

• Inbound support: receive calls and address concerns or prescription refills.
• Verification: call clients for verification and process new prescriptions.
• Customer support across phone, email and chat; resolve issues and maintain records; coordinate with other departments.
