• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati.
• Amenable to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of orders through processing stages (confirmation, packaging, shipping, delivery).
• Use tracking systems or software to maintain real-time status visibility.
• Identify and address discrepancies, delays, or errors in order processing.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records of order information including tracking numbers and delivery dates.
• Generate reports on order status and performance metrics as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries on order status, tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
