MicroSourcing International is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for an onsite role at Mall of Asia, Pasay City. The position is day shift, requiring strong English communication and solid customer service experience.

You will manage driver assignments, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher, excellent time management, and a team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential.
• Experience in customer service/support is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and standard software.
• Inbound/outbound calls and live chat experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Group and assign jobs to drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up with drivers and provide necessary support for successful delivery.
• Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the driver network.
• Conduct training for drivers to improve skills and knowledge.
• Make outbound calls to customers to update them on delivery status.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels.
• Handle customer cases and complaints positively and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery.

Qualification

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Excellent speaking and writing English skills
• Experience working with customer service/support
• Comfortable using computers
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
• Friendly, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in Inbound, Outbound calls and live chat.
