Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to manage driver assignments, monitor deliveries, and provide proactive customer support at Mall of Asia, Pasay. The role is onsite with a day shift, offering onboarding healthcare coverage and performance bonuses.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, prior customer service experience, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Excellent speaking and writing English skills.
• Experience working with customer service/support.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Friendly, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in inbound, outbound calls and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Group and assign jobs to drivers while ensuring the timely completion of deliveries.
• Follow up with drivers and provide the necessary support to ensure successful delivery.
• Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the driver network.
• Conduct training for drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Make outbound calls to customers to update them on their delivery status and address concerns.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels.
• Handle customer cases and complaints positively, empathetically, and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the delivery and customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
