POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Support Representative delivers exceptional customer service by handling phone and email inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting daily operations. Utilizing platforms like Zendesk, this role collaborates with internal departments, retail stores, and fulfillment centers to provide accurate product, pricing, and order information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Inquiry Management: Answer incoming customer service calls and emails in a prompt, professional manner following established CS procedures.

• Ticketing & Escalations: Prioritize complaints, track resolutions, and ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in Zendesk.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, store locations, and fulfillment centers to resolve order and delivery issues.

• Information Provision: Offer detailed guidance on product lines, pricing, delivery timelines, online orders, and promotional offers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Passion for customer service with a proactive drive to improve processes and customer experience.

• Proficiency with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong team player capable of handling ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
