You'll be the frontline representative, resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to our reputation for excellence. A sign-on bonus of up to ₱35,000 is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a call centre or customer support preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers and address their concerns effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the appropriate systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
• Process customer requests, including orders, returns, billing inquiries, and account modifications.
• Maintain a professional demeanor whilst handling difficult or frustrated customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
