Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum.
• Proven customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathise with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, aiming for satisfactory solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems, ensuring proper record-keeping and follow-up procedures.
• Process customer requests, orders, and transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to ensure consistent customer support.
• Meet or exceed established performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
