Zusammenfassung

SimplerQMS, a fully remote company, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own US relationships and help customers grow with our eQMS software. You will work with QA Directors, IT and executives, driving value and renewals in a regulated industry.

You will build trust, monitor health indicators, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams across Denmark, the Philippines and the US to expand adoption and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar role.
• Real experience with renewals, upsell and revenue KPIs.
• A data-driven approach using usage metrics and success plans.
• Strong people skills; empathetic, proactive and solution-focused.
• Fluent English; comfortable collaborating with a global team.
• Love of learning; quick to pick up new software and processes.

Aufgaben

• Be the trusted person for customers; know their goals, audits and pressures, ensuring they see real value from SimplerQMS.
• Spot risk early; monitor health indicators, run proactive check-ins, and address issues before churn.
• Grow accounts by expanding SimplerQMS to new teams, sites and use cases.
• Run meetings customers look forward to; answer license/support questions and share practical usage tips.
• Know everyone who matters; build relationships beyond the main contact with QA, IT and executives.
• Be the expert; become the go-to resource for how our eQMS solves quality and regulatory problems.
• Bring the customer voice inside; share feedback with the product team to shape future releases.
• Work as one team; collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Support and Product across Denmark, the Philippines and the US.
