About the role
Manage customer inquiries, order processing, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks while ensuring accurate records, timely follow-ups, and smooth operations. This role is responsible for ensuring orders move smoothly from intake through completion, customer inquiries are addressed promptly, and records are maintained accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer orders received through email, phone, online forms, and internal systems, ensuring accurate entry into vendor platforms and internal tracking tools
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to confirm orders, provide status updates and tracking information, and help resolve issues quickly
- Track orders from start to finish, maintain accurate records, and report order volume, trends, wins, and challenges to leadership
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order placement, order status, and general service needs through phone, email, and other channels
- Support sales and growth efforts by processing vendor-generated leads, updating CRM systems, completing basic lead qualification, and routing opportunities to the appropriate team members
- Help improve workflows, communication practices, and operational efficiency while following established procedures
About you
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, administrative support, order processing, sales support, operations support, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally by email and phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Comfortable using office systems, shared documents, spreadsheets, CRMs, vendor portals, and web-based business tools
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, stay focused, and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
