Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation in Gen. Trias Cavite is seeking a Sales Support / Order Fulfillment coordinator to process customer inquiries and convert orders from purchase to delivery.

You will prepare sales orders, track delivery schedules, resolve delivery issues, and support the sales team with reports and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate; proficient with ERP software.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical with problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Well-organized and responsible; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive P.O from customer via email or fax.
• Prepare Sales Orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Advance monitors of daily delivery schedule (HIT & MISSED).
• Receive and resolve customer complaints related to deliveries.
• Proactively obtain orders from customers.
• Get forecast orders from customers and monitor daily.
• Make directory of all customers.
• Coordinate with sales, planning and shipping by managing delivery schedules.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.

About the role

To ensure all customer inquiries are processed efficiently and ensure that the company has the capability to meet the requirements starting from the making of orders to delivery of items.

Key responsibilities

• Receive P.O from customer either thru email or fax
• Prepares Sales Order
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Advance Monitors of daily delivery schedule (HIT & MISSED)
• Receive and resolving customer complaints related on deliveries
• Proactively get orders from customer
• Get forecast order from customer and monitor daily
• Make directory of all customers
• Coordinating within sales team together with planning and shipping department by managing delivery schedules
• Prepares weekly sales report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
