Job summary

S&P Global Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive Analytics & Reporting Associate for the global Customer Success Operations team. You will build dashboards, maintain data quality, and deliver insights to support customer outcomes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities include back-office support, data validation, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses to enable decision-making and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of analytics and reporting experience.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to build dashboards.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical back-office support to the global Customer Success team.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Support data quality initiatives across CS systems.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses and contribute to process improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation and reporting definitions.
