Job summary

NielsenIQ Customer Success in the Philippines seeks an Executive, Analytics & Insights to deliver performance analyses and actionable insights for Asia-based CPG clients. The role blends analytics, consulting, and client service to optimize NielsenIQ RMS and Panel solutions.

You will collaborate with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform client experience, translate needs into data-driven stories, and contribute to a high-quality, consistent customer experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related field.
• Knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is beneficial.
• Experience with research techniques and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance overview analyses and business issue analysis for CPG clients across Asia.
• Deliver insights, analytics, and thought leadership to clients.
• Develop deep knowledge of NielsenIQ RMS and Panel solutions and deliver client value.
• Collaborate with Consulting Lead and Customer Service to improve customer experience.
• Consult with clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials.
• Develop and deliver business solutions for client performance tracking.
