Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Patience, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Organization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
