Job summary

CONCENTRIX – the #1 BPO in the industry – is hiring on-site in Muntinlupa for a full-time customer service role. No prior experience required beyond a HS graduation; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will communicate with customers in English, use basic tools, and follow established procedures to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; able to converse with foreign customers.
• Computer and internet literate as basic requirement.
• Commitment to full-time long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
