Neksjob Philippines is hiring empathetic Call Center Agents to join our on-site team in Muntinlupa. No prior BPO experience is required as successful candidates will be trained to deliver excellent customer service.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or higher, good English communication, basic computer and typing skills, and a willingness to learn. Shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required. Competitive compensation is offered with paid training.

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No prior BPO or call center experience is required. Successful candidates will be trained to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
