Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Laguna to manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery. You will act as the main contact for orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and optimal service levels while coordinating with sales and logistics teams.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive customer service mindset, and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders with completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales on order documentation and PO validation.
• Monitor order status from acceptance to fulfillment and DIFOT.
• Prepare order reports and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Utilize SAP SD module and related SAP transactions for order processing.
• Provide timely feedback to Sales on fulfillment concerns and discrepancies.
• Maintain data accuracy and proper sourcing of orders.

About the role

Customer Service Specialist is mainly focused in managing customer orders, which involves completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in processing of purchase orders. Customer Service Specialist serves as the point of contact from order processing to receiving of orders by our customers, an end-to-end process ensuring achievement of optimum Customer Service Level and Cost to Serve. The function also involves developing good and effective work relationship with its internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain orders via EDI, WebPO/EPO and provide timely order acceptance, processing orders based on corporate policies and procedures
• Coordinate with customers and sales account team on reviewing and validating customer documentation such as PO attachment
• Monitor order acceptance/processed and unserved, including backlog management and delivery fulfillment
• Prepare order reports
• Handle customer complaints professionally and objectively, focusing on understanding customer needs
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and Web PO Systems, specifically Sales Distribution (SD) Order processing module
• Use relevant SAP transaction codes for logistics functions such as inventory transactions and sales query reports
• Complete data processing with accuracy and correct sourcing of orders
• Provide immediate feedback and coordinate professionally to Sales or directly with the Customer regarding fulfillment concerns
• Provide customers with their requirements in full and on time (DIFOT - Delivery in Full & On-Time)
• Measure Order Fill Rate and Customer Service Level per account or chain aligned with customer metrics
• Provide accurate data to measure customer service level per chain aligned with customer metrics
