Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in order processing, fulfillment, logistics or customer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proficient in MS Excel and order management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process incoming orders in the system for physical and/or digital product fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Track order status and proactively manage exceptions, delays, or fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch documents, and proofs of delivery or issuance.
• Support documentation and reporting related to order processing, inventory movements, or client reconciliations.
• Handle customer or internal inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and fulfillment procedures.
• Assist in quality checks, control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives in order management.
• Comply with internal controls and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
