Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Customer Service Support specialist to serve as a primary contact for customers, coordinating service requests and ensuring timely support across the service lifecycle.

You will work with the Commercial Service team to strengthen relationships, manage orders and parts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, while maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to coordinate service requests and orders.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• English proficiency for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via multiple channels with accurate, timely responses.
• Coordinate service orders, parts requests, and field scheduling.
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and logistics teams to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Proactively follow up on open cases to meet or exceed expectations.
• Suggest process improvements for better service delivery.
