Job summary

Grundfos GmbH is seeking a Cash Application Professional in Pasig City to manage daily cash allocation, clear GL transit accounts and ensure accurate accounts receivable processing while resolving discrepancies.

You will drive continuous improvement across Order to Cash, analyze KPIs, collaborate in a one-finance model, and support audits in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or finance.
• 3+ years in Order to Cash with strong Accounts Receivable knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency and solid Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash allocation and GL transit clearing, monitor unallocated cash across entities.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities including Bad Debt Provision and Internal Controls.
• Follow up on customer overdue balances and support collections with stakeholders.
• Analyze KPIs/CPIs, identify process improvements and standardize service quality.

As our newCash Application Professional, you will be managing daily cash application activities, clearing GL transit accounts, and ensuring accurate accounts receivable processing while proactively resolving discrepancies and supporting continuous improvement across Order to Cash processes.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Finance Shared Services team, you'll create impact by Ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence by optimizing cash application processes that directly support Grundfos's global financial health.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Perform daily cash allocation, GL transit clearing, manual debit/credit notes, and monitor unallocated cash across assigned entities
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including ownership of Bad Debt Provision and Internal Controls processes
• Follow up on customer overdue balances and proactively interact with stakeholders to resolve issues and support collection efforts
• Analyze KPIs and CPIs, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement standardizations to enhance service quality
• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support internal and external audit processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a one-finance model, ensuring a no-surprises environment through transparent communication

• University or college degree in economics or finance
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Advanced English proficiency and solid Excel skills

• Experience working in a Finance Shared Services environment
