Job summary

stack sourcinggg is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Voice Account) for a 100% remote setup. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information about products and accounts.

The role includes comprehensive training, night shift differential, HMO, performance incentives, and growth opportunities within a stable BPO environment. English fluency and basic computer skills are required, with willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication and conversational skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
