• Providing support to on-site staff in various cities.
• Dealing with venues and service providers to book buses, headsets, and other services related to tours.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficiency and maximize resources.
• Problem solving when issues arise.
• Perform other administrative and data entry duties as required.
• Agents are expected to receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
• Proactively review upcoming tours to flag any issues.
• Suggest and help implement enhanced department procedures and processes.
