Qualifications

• 1+ year in BPO/customer service, preferably travel-related.
• Experience in travel sales or reservations is a plus.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Travel Sales to join our team. The role is responsible for assisting customers with their travel-related needs, providing excellent customer service, and converting inquiries into successful bookings and sales.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a passion for travel and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, vacation package, and other travel-related bookings.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, availability, policies, and travel packages.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional travel products and services when appropriate.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, rebookings, and other travel-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing of customer transactions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, travel guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the system.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO/customer service experience, preferably with travel, airline, hotel, hospitality, or sales experience.
• Experience in Travel Sales, Airline, Travel Account, or Reservation processes is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling sales conversations and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite, depending on business requirements.
