Responsibilities

Add/amend reservations received from distributors to the booking system.
Providing support to on-site staff in various cities.
Dealing with venues and service providers to book buses, headsets, and other services related to tours.
Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficiency and maximize resources.
Problem solving when issues arise.
Perform other administrative and data entry duties as required.
Agents are expected to receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
Proactively review upcoming tours to flag any issues.
Suggest and help implement enhanced department procedures and processes.
