• Problem solving when issues arise and data entry duties as required.
• Receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
• Proactively review upcoming tours to flag issues.
• Suggest and help implement enhanced department procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing support to on-site staff in various cities.
• Dealing with the venues and service providers in various cities to book buses, headsets, and other services related to our tours.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments as necessary to ensure efficiency and to maximize use of all resources.
• Problem solving when issues arise.
• Perform other administrative and data entry duties as required.
• Agents are expected to receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
• Proactively review upcoming tours to allow the flagging of any issues.
• Suggest and help implement enhanced department procedures and processes.
