Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Product Presentation: Contact potential customers by phone, promote vacation and hotel packages, and assist qualified guests throughout sales presentations or property tours.

• Reservations & Travel Bookings: Manage standard and mileage-based travel reservations, process booking and ticket modifications, and update customer itineraries as needed.

• Customer Service: Handle passenger refund requests, address incoming customer concerns, and resolve reservation or booking-related issues.

• Customer Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer information, ensure data confidentiality, and properly document call outcomes and resolutions.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience or 1 year of sales experience in any industry; BPO sales experience is an advantage.

• Strong verbal communication skills with near-native proficiency in Standard American English.
