Job summary

Metacom Careers in Pasay City invites you to join our International Travel account as a Travel Customer Service Representative. This permanent onsite role welcomes freshers and supplies training to help you start a rewarding career in the BPO industry.

You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide travel-related support with a focus on excellent service. English communication is essential, and NBI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
• No call center experience required; Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 proficiency preferred).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
• Must have or be willing to secure an NBI Clearance.
