Job summary

Lennor Metier in Alabang is hiring for a BPO voice-support role, onsite with a night-shift schedule. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of BPO voice experience and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree. Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and onsite as needed.

Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift

Compensation Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide appropriate solutions and resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when communicating with customers.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Meet established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Follow company guidelines, call handling procedures, and data privacy policies.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, regardless of account or line of business (LOB).
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in any field.
