Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented customer representative to support patients and providers by handling inquiries, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with or without experience in a BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities
