As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and helping to build lasting relationships with customers in a professional environment that supports growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or fresh graduate with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Strong listening abilities and empathy towards customer needs.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or demanding situations.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

• Process customer requests and transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services appropriately.
