ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Mandaluyong. You will handle inbound calls to book appointments, make outbound calls to confirm schedules, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of BPO (Voice Account) experience, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Onsite work in Mandaluyong is required and night shift availability is a must.
