Job summary

Ampersand Management & Dev't Group in Taguig is seeking an on-site call center professional with 1–3 years of experience and a Diploma, for a full-time position.

You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, resolve issues, document interactions, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. Night shifts available.

Applicants must be amenable to work in Taguig and ready to contribute to a dynamic BPO team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in college without back subjects.
• Minimum 18 months of BPO experience.
• Amenable to work in Taguig.
• Can work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, emails, or live chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide viable solutions or alternatives.
• Documentation: Accurately update and maintain customer records, conversation notes, and account details in company databases or CRM systems.
