Job Description

• Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls, messages, and online platforms
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and questions from the company’s social media and online accounts
• Identify potential leads and successfully book them for clinic appointments
• Achieve a target of at least three successful client bookings per day (with an average of two arrivals daily)
• Clearly explain treatment benefits, promos, and vouchers to clients to encourage bookings
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when recording client information (e.g., name, contact number, location, and chosen services)
• Coordinate effectively with other departments or managers regarding client schedules and updates
• Handle client conversations patiently, gently, and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
• Monitor clients on or before their scheduled appointments to confirm attendance
• Follow approved sales scripts and adapt communication style to meet client needs
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system and generate necessary reports
