You will explain outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, maintain records, and ensure compliance while delivering professional customer service in a structured call centre environment.

Qualifications

• Nitec or above qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional call centre environment.
• Communicate with customers to explain outstanding balances and provide a clear breakdown of amounts payable.
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment and achieve collection targets on behalf of banks, telecommunications companies, and commercial clients.
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements and payment schedules with customers where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and improve collection outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines during all collection activities.
