UNITED ASIA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP INC is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative (Automotive Sales) to engage with clients and drive vehicle purchases from inquiries. The role blends customer service with sales to build long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include guiding buyers through the process, coordinating test drives, and maintaining CRM records. On-site work in Quezon City with a 45-hour workweek, starting April 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Call centre or phone support experience is essential.
• Business proficient level English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins.
• Qualify leads to identify customer needs to recommend vehicles or services.
• Promote automotive products, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Guide customers through the buying process to convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team for test drives, quotations, and closing deals.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
