Temu in Ortigas, Metro Manila is seeking on-site Customer Service Representatives. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a rotating shift schedule and a salary range of ₱22,000–₱32,000+ per month.

You will handle basic inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns, requiring good written English and careful data entry. This is a direct Temu role, not a third-party BPO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; College education or degree is preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Strong written English communication and data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
