Job summary

WNS in Metro Manila is hiring for an insurance campaign to deliver professional customer support. You will communicate with customers, provide solutions according to process guidelines, and demonstrate empathy while assisting with requests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2nd year college or an associate degree, plus 1 year of BPO experience handling international voice accounts; sales or insurance background is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year College Undergraduate or completed Associate Degree.
• At least 1 year BPO experience handling international voice accounts.
• Preferably with sales or insurance background.
