Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to ₱29,000 per month
• Performance-Based Commission: Up to ₱22,000 per month
• Competitive compensation package with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate, or higher educational attainment
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Alabang
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Note: At least 6 months of BPO experience (preferably in a voice account) is an advantage
• Flexible and amenable to shifting schedules
