Job summary

ContantiKnow PH in Makati is hiring for an on-site customer service role. No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome. You will handle inquiries via phone, provide clear information about products and services, and resolve issues while maintaining professionalism.

The position offers a base salary with performance bonuses, health benefits, and paid training. Night shifts and shifting schedules may occur as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required or senior high school
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Experience in BPO preferred but not required for all accounts
• 6 months international customer service experience is advantageous
• Willing to work onsite, with shifting night schedules when needed
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Must complete recruitment process and training

JOB REQUIREMENTS
