ResultsCX Cebu is seeking a customer service specialist to handle customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions. You will document interactions and update accounts in the company system, coordinating with teams to resolve escalated issues.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 6 months of BPO experience, with onsite work to begin as soon as possible. Strong communication and service skills are advantageous in delivering courteous and efficient support.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience (any account).
• Must be amenable to working onsite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are an advantage.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
