Job summary

Moder is hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a US-based account from our Alabang on-site facility. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, plus the ability to solve problems and provide accurate information to US customers.

Candidates with Home Loan, Mortgage, or Insurance experience are highly preferred. You will handle inbound inquiries, verify details, maintain records, follow data privacy rules, and work to meet quality and productivity

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
