Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Quezon City is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time role. You will be the voice of our clients, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The comprehensive package includes base salary up to 25.5K per month plus incentives up to 30K, with opportunities for training and career growth in a diverse, collaborative team dedicated to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat with professionalism.
• Provide accurate product and service information to resolve questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and seek effective resolutions while maintaining satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the company database with details.
• Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback per policies.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to existing customers.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Meet or exceed targets for call handling time and first-call resolution.
• Participate in training sessions for ongoing skills development.
• Adhere to guidelines, quality standards, and compliance at all times.
