You will be the voice of the company, delivering outstanding support and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include handling calls, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in a call center or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong listening and empathy for customer concerns.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate, timely information about products and services.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Document customer interactions in the company system.
• Follow company policies while maintaining service quality.
• Identify customer needs and suggest solutions or escalate as needed.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
