Job summary

adidas Group in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Global Key Accounts leader to drive strategic plans, negotiate with senior buyers, and land seasonal assortments. Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, Commerce or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in key account management, sales, commercial planning, or marketing.
• Previous people leadership experience managing a direct report.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in planning, forecasting, performance management and financial analysis.
• Proficient with presentation, spreadsheet, and account planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Account Management by developing annual and seasonal plans aligned with priorities.
• Negotiate with buyers and decision makers on trade terms, assortment, investment, space, service levels, and growth initiatives.
• Land seasonal assortments and create account-specific assortments as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and drive growth in net sales, margin, market share, sell-out, and inventory.
• Coach and develop the P1 direct report with clear objectives and performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional leadership among Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Operations, and Brand Marketing.
• Own the delivery of account targets and drive shopper engagement and activation plans.
