GeBBS Healthcare Solutions (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time agent for an onsite night-shift role in Ortigas or Pioneer, Mandaluyong. You will deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and providers.

Applicants with 6 months of healthcare BPO experience and a strong service mindset are encouraged. The position includes 10% night differential, paid training, HMO from day 1, annual appraisal, life insurance, PTO, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

Must have 6 months BPO healthcare experience.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication are required.
Willing to work onsite and on fixed night shift in Ortigas or Pioneer (Mandaluyong).
