Job summary

One Workforce Global is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will manage accounts receivable, collections, payment follow-ups, and billing issue resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in billing or AR, experience with US-based clients, and strong written and verbal English skills. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, outstanding balances, collections, and payment-related inquiries
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding account balances, payment expectations, and billing concerns
• Respond promptly to client, stakeholder, and internal team inquiries through designated communication channels
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account-related concerns
• Track requests, account activity, and follow-ups through successful resolution
• Maintain accurate records, account documentation, and confidential information
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Prioritize urgent matters and proactively communicate potential delays or roadblocks
