Responsabilités

• Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame.
• Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders to accounting.
• Responsible for the analysis of sales and inventory based on the system.
• Coordinate with Shift Leaders, Area Coordinators, and suppliers to address item concerns.
• Calibrate marketable price of supplies/items.
• Coordinate with Marketing team regarding promo calendar and features.
• Draft promotional agreements per vendor for marketing initiatives; update price in system.

As a Merchandising Assistant, provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory processes of merchandise. Assist in providing item information to be presented in buying sessions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame. Prepare and maintain various sales reports.
• Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders to be forwarded to accounting for documentation.
• Responsible for the analysis of sales and inventory based from the system and actual supplies, if needed.
• Coordinate with Shift Leaders, Area Coordinators, and suppliers to address item concerns.
• Calibrate marketable price of supplies/items.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding promo calendar and features.
• Draft promotional agreements per vendor for marketing initiatives. Update the price in the system.
