Accenture in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an Insurance Account. The role involves reviewing documents for completeness and compliance, verifying agent and license data, and encoding information into the system with high accuracy.

Work is full-time onsite at Gateway Cubao, Quezon City. The job requires 1–2 years of experience in financial/healthcare/retirement/insurance accounts and proficiency in Microsoft applications, with flexible shifts.

Formación

• Open to college graduates and undergraduates who have completed at least 2nd year with 1+ year of experience.
• Open to college graduates and undergraduates who have completed at least 1st year with 2+ years of experience.
• Must have 1–2 years of experience in financial/healthcare/retirement/insurance accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Office).
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Gateway Cubao, Quezon City.
• Flexible with shifts and able to adapt to performance tools.

Responsabilidades

• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in financial/healthcare/retirement/insurance accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Must be willing to work full time onsite in Gateway Cubao, Quezon City
• Must be flexible with shifts
• Ability to adhere to current performance tool that team uses
• Coachable - Seeks out and accepts feedback to improve personal performance
